BALANCE: Each sachet contains 200mg of natural dried ginger that helps alleviate symptoms of gastrointestinal stress and calm the prevalence of nausea during high intensity workouts.

HYDRATION: To keep you hydrated each serving also contains 400mg of sea salt which helps aid with the re-hydration of water into the body. Sea salt also helps your body retain essential elements such as magnesium, chloride, and potassium.

FUEL: Each serving also contains 32.5g of carbohydrate in the form of unbleached cane sugar. Cane sugar provides a lower GI index carb and a slower burn for long lasting energy. Unbleached cane sugar is also far more natural and chemical free.
