The Northern California Coast and Santa Cruz Mountains are steeped in road riding history. To honour it, Praxis Works named its new top-level crank Zayante, after the fabled redwood-covered climb that's a secret training ground for many local pros. The Zayante is the ultimate marriage of lightness, stiffness and versatility.
With its elegant and shapely hollow forged aluminium arms, the Zayante is in a class of its own. Praxis Works went further and updated it with its LevaTime X-Spider and X-rings.
This chainset comes complete with a Praxis Works M30 Press Fit BB-90 bottom bracket. Praxis M30 bottom brackets have a 30mm Drive and a 28mm NonDrive Bearing. These are specifically made for use with Praxis M30 spindle cranks. A drive-side wave washer is used for preload of the bearings.
Born and based in the cycling mecca of Santa Cruz, California, Praxis creates and manufactures some of the best bicycle parts on the globe.
